Property and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations for all bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid any charges.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount.

No-Show Policy:

In case of a no-show, guests will be charged the full amount of the total booking.

EXTRA GUESTS AND CHILD POLICY:

Extra guests:

Depends on room capacity (no extra bed or sofa bed provided)
Child 0 - 5 years:

Free of charge when sharing bed with parents, max1 child/room (no extra bed or baby cot provided)

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY: 

A refundable security deposit will be collected upon check-in to cover any potential damages or losses during your stay. 
Private rooms: THB 1,000 per room, per stay / Dormitory beds: THB 500 per bed, per stay 
If no damages or losses are found upon check-out, the full deposit amount will be refunded on the same day, before 14:00 hrs.

THE FINE PRINT

Please note that the credit card used for the deposits needs to be presented upon check-in together with the guest's identification card and the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. If the credit card is not presented, guests will be required to pay directly to the hotel.

If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the property prior to your arrival:

1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card/passport upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
